Intuitive, ultra flexible assembly accommodates all patient geometries, left and right access and bi-lateral procedures
Comfortably immobilises the wrist post-procedure to reduce haematomas on the ward.
Radial Cradle system replicates the medial arm position known to reduce radiation scatter and unlike conventional systems, also allows full table lead-skirting operation on cath-lab beds. With a dosimeter study underway, initial results show significant reductions for clinicians.
Radial Cradle® offers unrivalled levels of patient comfort and wrist stability. Wrist position unchanged even after defibrillation.
Draped arm position restores natural, stable instrument work area and height to reduce clinician back-strain.
IV access and ECG-lead management features. Compatible with all known mattresses, haemostasis bands and drapes.
Sling feature enables rapid ambulation from the cath-lab to radial lounge with minimal cleaning.
Immobilises the wrist post-procedure to prevent inadvertent radial compression device migration during patent haemostasis.
Clean device used for every patient.
Single-use textile component splits into three working parts, then fits with ease with the dedicated reusable Radial Cradle® Bed Board.
Wrist extension is commonly taught as part of the radial artery cannulation technique. A systematic review and meta-analysis has confirmed that wrist extension at an angle of 45° significantly reduced the depth of the radial artery and increased its dimensions as assessed by ultrasound, increasing first pass success rate and reducing cannulation time, compared to other wrist positions.
Radial Cradle® helps achieve optimal wrist positioning to facilitate efficient radial artery access.
